Deep Turf Cleaning.
Deep clean that resets the whole yard.
Built for turf that looks tired, dusty, or flat. We power brush, clear debris, treat odor when needed, and leave the yard ready to use again.

What the finished work actually looks like.

The full visit, step by step.
- Power brush pass to lift compacted fibers
- Turf vacuum for dust, leaves, pet hair, and fine debris
- Deep fiber grooming across the whole surface
- Odor enzyme treatment where the turf needs it
- Edge and seam inspection before the job wraps
Best for turf that needs more than a rinse.
One-time reset jobs before guests arrive
Older artificial turf that has flattened in high-traffic paths
Backyards carrying dust, dog smell, or palm debris
This is the reset visit.
Deep cleaning is the page-one service because it solves several problems at once. It is the right call when a yard has stopped responding to rinsing, brushing by hand, or quick deodorizer sprays. We treat it like a full reset: loosen the fibers, remove the material sitting below the blade tips, then finish the surface so it looks intentionally maintained again.
Most turf that looks tired is not actually broken. The fibers are still there, the infill is still there, and the backing is usually fine. What is gone is structure. Sun heat lays the blades over, foot traffic packs the pile down, and dust loads into the gaps until the surface stops catching light evenly. A deep clean rebuilds that structure mechanically. The brush opens the pile, the vacuum pulls the trapped material out, and the finishing pass leaves the blades standing up again.
Timing matters. A deep clean done before the summer heat is different from a deep clean done in August after the pile is already baking and the dog corner is already loud. The desert cycle is predictable enough that owners on a yearly reset usually book in late spring. Owners on a maintenance plan get the deep clean once, then the recurring visits keep the surface from sliding back.
- Photos from two corners of the yard
- Approximate turf square footage
- Whether dogs use the turf daily
- Any spots that stay dark, flat, or smelly after rinsing
